Parent volunteers are welcome to help with class reading, literacy and maths groups and even art groups. Feel free to discuss how and when you could volunteer with your class teacher.
Grandparents and other community volunteers are also welcome but must hold a valid BlueCard (Working with children check). These are free for volunteers and the school office can assist volunteers with the application process.
Volunteers can also support our students by working in the school tuckshop, supporting fundraising activities such as the Mother’s Day stall and school fairs and assisting with book covering in the school library. If you have some time available and you would like to volunteer leave your details at the office, talk to the tuckshop convenor, email pandc@mudgeerabacreekss.eq.edu.au or talk to library staff.
