Requirements for enrolment
For all enrolments in this school proof of age and/or a transfer certificate from a Queensland State School will be necessary.
This proof of age may take the form of either:
An Application for Student Enrolment form is to be completed by the enrolling parent or care giver. Please note that some of the requested information may be of a voluntary nature. This admission form also requests instructions relating to custody arrangements. We need to sight custody documents and/or receive instructions for access to the child by non-custodial parents.
All information obtained from parents at time of enrolment at Mudgeeraba Creek State School is treated as 'Private and Confidential' at all times.

Ready to meet our Leadership Team?
When you have completed the necessary forms and have the required documents ready an interview, usually with our school principal or deputy principal is held. The enrolment package details what you need to bring with you to this interview.
Students are very welcome at this interview and for families new to the school please leave time for a short tour of the school after your interview.
